“If you need a venue to host a bridal shower or whatever the occasion check this place out. I hosted my daughter's Bridal Shower here on October 10, 2022. I walked in and I was amazed at how pretty it was and how Ken had everything arranged so we could decorate!! We had a brunch style menu and the food was excellent!!! Ken, your staff was amazing and did everything they could and more to make my daughter's special day so memorable!! They went above and beyond to see that everything was perfect!!!! They were very friendly and sociable as well!! Everyone had a great time!! I cannot thank you and your staff enough and I will most certainly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to host an event!!!!“

“My first visit at Philadelphia Subs restaurant East N Hampton St in Wilkes Barre. I love how they kept the 80s retro vibe with very little mixture of present times. I tried the Turkey sub, lettuce onions tomatoe , olive oil with vinager. The sub was delicious , fresh and well made. The quality of service from their staff was very pleasant, inviting, friendly, kind and welcoming. They have a variety of subs and sandwhich options. The service was fast upon placing my order. Parking on side of building behind sign. The quality of customer care and service is definitely a five star.“

“Vino’s makes a Reuben that puts all other Reubens to shame. Ever since trying it, all other Reubens fall short. It easily beats out KJ’s Pickle Barrel and Pierce St Deli and even tops another really good local Reuben made by Goldstein’s Deli. Miller’s Bar in Charlottesville, VA has a really good Reuben, supposedly made famous by Dave Matthews, but it still can’t hold a candle to Vino’s.

I’ve tried a lot of their other menu items and have never been disappointed, but I probably won’t get around to trying anything else because of how good their Reuben is.

Vino’s does tend to get really busy and, because of their size and the high demand for their food, they do tend to get backed up, especially during the lunch rush. So, you may need to call several times before you’ll get through, but it’s worth it.“

“The buns must have come right out of the oven when I placed my order for my primo sized American cold cut hoagie with lettuce, tomato,onion, and oil and vinegar. It was made with the bun being very warm and that it ruined the whole taste of my hoagie. It melted the cheese to a soggy texture like when a hoagie sits outside on a hot day. A cold cut doesn't mean warm bun. And I didn't ask for a baked hoagie. I was going to take it back in, but I was so pressed for time. But I just took it apart and ate what I liked or what tasted ok. When I did a review on my Primo app, they asked for the ticket number. I'm going to check my truck it might be in there. I believe it was last Monday evening, 7pm. I am not from the area, but I used to stop at the previous location on Rt 309 a lot it was convenient.“

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. The employee who took care of my order was here alone and had to take the orders of an entire college bus that pulled up by himself. Somehow, he was polite the whole time. I praise the resilience of the staff that stay here because they just aren't making enough to deal with the stress of the busyness of this spot. “This, except my local Walmart, is the ONLY subway I go to. My food is always right. Except once when they forgot a bag of chips on my massive to go order. I'm not mad, just being honest. Plus, the new owner is so nice. My son is special needs. He's a difficult order. The owner was working the counter himself! He made my son's sandwich and was so, so, so patient with him. It was so heartwarming. Plus he hooked with my daughter about hating chicken growing up. I hope the business never turns him cold. But really, great place that makes everything right. And usually, the employees are extra nice and chat with you.“

“Great Hoagie platters! We ordered a Supper duper tray and it feed the whole crew!! All the toppings were on the side so we were able to customize our sandwiches individually in order to keep everyone happy. The new owners are definitely working hard to improve things. we shall return.

“Our company ordered from Which Wich to feed our office of 150 people and the food was good quality, delicious, and arrived warm. The only issues is that we didn't order enough! Silvio was such a joy to work with and very inviting, as I had visited the store prior to ordering to get an understanding of the process. He was great and it's nice to have such a communicative manager who you can tell cares about the quality of his food, but more importantly the satisfaction of the customers. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a great sandwich meal, rather that be individually or for large groups!“

“I arrived early for my pickup order and had to wait for it to be completed. Even though I arrived early for the expected pick up time, an employee approached me while I was waiting and apologized for the delay as well as offering to help my wait. Outstanding service! My order was then expedited and came out earlier than expected. Couldn’t ask for better customer service during what was only a 5 minute wait while I was 15 minutes earlier than my pickup time. Way to go for all employees at this location. Jersey Mikes corporate and district managers should be proud.“
