“I had Primo's all the time in Philly and was super excited when the Dickson City location opened. However, this location was never quite up to par with all others.New ownership recently took over and my sandwich today was the top quality I had come to expect from Primo's. I'll be back - a lot!“

“Excellent customer service. I misspoke while ordering and they fixed my sub with no issues. Every sub is sliced right in front of you so you know it's fresh fresh. And even the woman at checkout who wrapped the subs in the paper just made them look like a proper sub! I can't wait to get home to eat it!!! Places to sit and eat inside too.“

“I arrived toward the end of happy hour. 2 people at the bar, perhaps tables at 40% capacity. Hostess was right there, so I stated I was heading to the bar. The bartender (Sam, I believe) acknowledged/greeted me immediately (which, for me, buys her 5-7 minutes until she takes my drink order). She was the only one working the bar and had a big table she was pouring as I sat down. So it took a bit for my first beer, 16 oz Voodoo Ranger, from the tap. That was good to go - cold, carbonated, and fresh. I was offered a menu and took my time as this was my second trip to a PB, and to be honest, PB isn't really my got-to-have franchise for cuisine. However, it was steps from my hotel. After discussing items on the menu with Sam, I ordered the fried Mac and cheese app, which, at this location, I was told will be discontinued soon (too bad it was awesome!). Next came the hot sauce dipped chicken sammy I ordered w/o lettuce. It arrived with just enough lettuce to let me know the cook put it on, then realized the mistake, and pulled it off. Not a deal breaker, especially if EVERY seat in the place was occupied... but it wasn't that busy and nor did I care. I ordered a Stell and a LIIT. Both poured properly. I truly like the rough cut fries, but on a slow night, there's no excuse for those arriving not cooked crisp (came ? soggy). Just saying, the kitchen shouldn't be blowing food to the customer too quickly for the sake of quick service, IMO.Overall, an above par experience for a smaller local brand.Parking: Ample, though this night, the Texas Roadhouse traffic spilled into PB area.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample and close.“

“Spicy Italian Salad! Dave was my sandwich maker today and boy did he not disappoint! Probably the best salad maker in the area! Goes out of the way to make sure you get what you want and how you want it. Make sure to request him and you will be just as pleased. I highly recommend this place and Dave. I will be back very soon!“

“As much as I hate to admit it, Jersey Mike's makes some of NEPA's venerable delis and diners look bad. I was really happy with the quality of food here. Service, not so much. Was asked to repeat my order (a giant, a regular, and a mini) and still ended up with three regular sized hoagies.“

“You have to understand the nature of this establishment. Its been family run for quite a while.Im not from here, but I've lived a few blocks away, for about 7yrs.This awesome hoagie shop has been around for well over a decade. And, its super close to a nice college, in a great area of Dunmore/Scranton.They are "authentic" NEPA hoagie makers and "mom and pop" business.Im a HUGE fan of Jersey Mikes, but you get equivalent quality of hoagie here! You do get a smaller size, than say, a hoagie at Jersey Mikes, but you will be satisfied with the quantity and quality, especially for their price! Its a very small place. If I were to categorize it, I would say it's a deli/convenient "neighborhood" shop (with 90's Clinton nostalgia).Sure, you have to pay in cash, as well as wait a little if you show up, out of the blue....but if you are in the area and need a great hoagie, this is definitely the place to go.You will 100% be better off calling about 20min before expecting your hoagie and giving them a detailed order.I nearly always get a roast beef and chess hoagie, but their steak and cheese hoagies are awesome as well!“

“First time here, great service, great food. I got the Italian hoagie which had everything on it, mayo no dressing. Bread was nice and soft, nice thickness of the meat and cheese. The GF got a bacon turkey ranch wrap. Both sandwiches were very delicious and definitely will be back!“

“A small divy hoagie and pizza place off the beaten path in Scranton's South Side turned out to be an absolute treasure! I was researching where to find the best cheesesteak in the Wyoming Valley and this place did not disappoint! Generous amount of flavorful meat on their 2 foot large cheesesteak for a little over $18... Sign me up any day of the week!“

“A HUGE shout out to What’s Brewin on Moosic Road in Old Forge, PA.I heard that they had a decent selection of beer from New Trail Brewery in Williamsport, PA (about 90 minutes away). I went there yesterday looking for a recent release called Bananas Foster, only to find that they didn’t have any. BUT… the guy took down my name and number, just in case he could find it for me. Today, before noon, he calls to tell me he’s got some for me!Talk about the perfect way to gain a customer for life!If you’re in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area, stop in to see KD. He’s the real deal and a fine beer lover. They have a good selection beers, ciders and seltzers too.“
