“I don’t usually write reviews for franchises—it’s just not my thing. I go out of my way to support locally owned and operated businesses. But everything I typically dislike about franchises is the opposite here. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and the orders are always correct. I’m not sure if that’s standard for Jersey Mike’s, but the Trexlertown location is top-notch.“

“I picked up a catering order today - hoagie tray, cookie tray, drinks, chips. I called ahead to let the staff know I’d be a little early and see if they could have my order ready early. The staff member was polite on the phone and my order was in fact ready when I arrived. The staff was polite inside. My order was correct and everything was delicious and lived up to the typical Primos quality. A 10/10 experience. What more could you ask for?“

“I used to come here every Tuesday with my granddaughter in the Summer of 2019. I haven’t been here in a while but I still wanted to share my review of my experiences from back then.THE STAFF IS AMAZING! When me and my granddaughter went there A LOT back in 2019, there was always this girl with brunette hair and glasses. She was always so friendly and nice! The owner is very nice as well.I haven’t been here in a while but maybe soon I’ll come back and try their tuna sub again! ?“

“Today was the first time I have had take out food in almost 4 years. On recommendations from an allergy group I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was so impressed with the staff at the Whitehall, Allentown PA location. They wiped down the surfaces, a dedicated knife was used for the gluten free roll and they even verified ingredients. I have food allergies and GI issues and I can honestly say I was in heaven after the first bite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, and offering some allergy friendly options.“

“Top notch sandwiches and desserts! A great spot for a casual brunch date. The owner is very fun to chat with as well, and I am anxiously awaiting my own return. My craving for the roast beef sandwich with the horseradish I had last time is bordering on pregnancy-level cravings! (PMDD may be a factor here… but I’m snipped, so there’s no mistaking THAT!)
I think of that sandwich daily and I don’t know how much longer I can holdout before I get my next fix.

I refuse to go to my local ones.i am from Bethlehem.. this one here is so accommodating to me being celiac and must have safe gluten free. the 2 employees know as soon as I walk in what I get and make it perfect. a thank you to Zack and Lena. “I’ve been a J’s customer since the day i was born. This is amazing place to stop by if you’re visiting Northampton and want a quick bite to eat. To add, the french fries and pierogies are to die for. Overall, this place is so good!!“

“I really enjoyed the All-Pro Chicken Teriyaki Footlong Sub on any bread you could want with any cheese you choose & all of the vegetables you could ask for (& of course wether you want it toasted or not)! They had some nice Christmas decorations at this location & a friendly staff making sandwiches! I was 100% satisfied & I know if you stop in, you should leave feeling the same!“

“The "man" likes to say the tuna isn't real tuna. I lived through the dolphin in tuna frenzy, I'm sure I've eaten a lot of tuna that isn't tuna. All I know is it's freaking delicious and I'm going to keep eating it“

“Great sandwiches. However, prices going up with inflation is one thing, at least don't skimp on the ingredients, last two times I've noticed chicken ch stk didn't even fill out the roll. Ends were just bread, I've been long time favorite, fill the sandwiches like Biaggios ,“

“I have never had such a great experience at a subway until I came across this one. Atmosphere was amazing Friendly staff and great service when it came to making the food on time and the quality and prep of it aswell. Will be going back soon and cannot reccomend more.“
