“Today was the first time I have had take out food in almost 4 years. On recommendations from an allergy group I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was so impressed with the staff at the Whitehall, Allentown PA location. They wiped down the surfaces, a dedicated knife was used for the gluten free roll and they even verified ingredients. I have food allergies and GI issues and I can honestly say I was in heaven after the first bite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, and offering some allergy friendly options.“

“This subway almost always has the freshest tasting bread of the ones in the area. Sometimes you have to wait a minute or two for help but the freshness is worth it. One tip...If you want to save money on your drink get it from the gas station instead of the subway counter because it's cheaper for a larger cup and you get it from the same fountain!“

“I finally made it to Eli's original steaks and subs... what a sin to have waited so long! these are the pinnacle of steaks in the valley, they rival the best on Philly for sure! strongly recommend. Eli's basic steak sandwich is phenomenal, and those made with the in-house ribeye are better yet. succulent meat, savory spices, and the bread is unbeatable do yourself a favor and get there a soon as possible if you like a great sandwich!“

“The food was really good and the stop was clean. The employees were very friendly.

But beyond that was the top notch service the manager, Patrick provided to me. My daughter and I were traveling back from a family vacation in Maine when we stopped in.

When we arrived at our next hotel for the trip I realized I didn’t have my wallet. I called the store and they had it. They tried to find a phone number to call me but couldn’t.

Patrick was very nice and offered to drop it off for to be shipped. I was able to create a label to have it shipped and Patrick was phenomenal. He was off work but went back to the store to print the label when Walgreens couldn’t. He was patient and understanding about the entire thing. I offered to send him money personally as a thank you and to cover his gas but he refused it each time.

There are lots of people in the world who would have refused or just lied about having the wallet.

Patrick isn’t one of those people. He went above and beyond to help me out of a huge jam and I will always remember his kindness.“

“Prior to my first visit to Chez’s Delicatessen, I thought I had the concept of a “sandwich” all figured out. Bread, meat, cheese, some other toppings. Pretty simple, right? WRONG. After trying options like the Don, the Center City Hero, and the Nonna, my understanding of what it means to eat a sandwich has been flipped upside down. Never in all my days could I have imagined such a delectable sandwich with such obvious love and care and hard work put into it that you just can’t help but notice as you chow down. Absolutely massive, expertly-crafted sandwiches for a bargain price are served in a wonderfully homey, welcoming atmosphere. It is truly my belief that no better sandwich exists in the western hemisphere. If God himself came to earth and attempted to make the best sandwich he could conceive, his only competition would be that of Chez’s. Must-try.“

“I don’t usually write reviews for franchises—it’s just not my thing. I go out of my way to support locally owned and operated businesses. But everything I typically dislike about franchises is the opposite here. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and the orders are always correct. “Went to the new Bethlehem location for lunch today. The line was EXTREMELY long and the staff members were absolutely rocking it. They were extremely efficient, nice, and making a great product. “Fast friendly service. Good food and free wifi. Caution with this cooler weather, it can get cold in there. Felt like there may have been a delivery driver with the back door propped open for some time while I was there. It was fine when I first arrived, but shortly after there was a chilly draft despite the front door being closed.“

“I picked up a catering order today - hoagie tray, cookie tray, drinks, chips. I called ahead to let the staff know I’d be a little early and see if they could have my order ready early. The staff member was polite on the phone and my order was in fact ready when I arrived. The staff was polite inside. My order was correct and everything was delicious and lived up to the typical Primos quality. A 10/10 experience. What more could you ask for?“

“I really enjoyed the All-Pro Chicken Teriyaki Footlong Sub on any bread you could want with any cheese you choose & all of the vegetables you could ask for (& of course wether you want it toasted or not)! They had some nice Christmas decorations at this location & a friendly staff making sandwiches! I was 100% satisfied & I know if you stop in, you should leave feeling the same!“

“My wife, daughter and I had hit up Primo's outside of Allentown, PA when we were visiting family there and we had the occasion to go to Primo's which was located in a small strip shopping place.

In of itself, it lives up to it's reputation of delivering quality sandwiches and subs which the wife and I had shared the turkey and provolone sub. It was packed with plenty of turkey and generous with the provolone cheese and it was delicious as I knew it would be.

Next time it'll be a steak and cheese !!

“This subway has the freshest ingredients of all of the local subways. I go out of my way for this subway. They gym is right next door, and is a healthier option to eating out. It has the friendliest staff, who have always been pleasant to me.\ Truth, it’s not great on having soup available, but it’s worth it for the extra fresh toppings. It’s not their fault but just so you know it’s a small place, and a little cramped, but not so much that it’s uncomfortable.“

“Nice , clean place—I ordered the meatball sub on Italian, with provolone. The sandwich artist was friendly & made my sub nice & saucy just like I asked!
