My luggage was delayed, which is completely understandable. However; I left long-term parking, paid $275, went to the nearby restaurant, spent an hour and a half there, and returned to pick up my luggage. I made sure that in the spot I left my vehicle, there were no signs around that said I was not allowed to park there.

Disgraceful experience coming in to LVIA at 10:30 pm on Delta. Luggage did not arrive for 50 minutes- no airport personnel to explain or help us. If you don’t have the staff to assist and support your late flight arrivals then stop all arrivals much earlier. I would rather fly out of Newark or JFK than fly in/out of LVIA again- very poor customer care
