Went to Panera to pick up an order. They were very busy but John reassured me my order would be ready soon. He was very polite and even offered an extra pastry for the wait.

This is a smaller Panera and can easily feel crowded at busy times, but the service is excellent. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The store is clean, and if your seated by the waterside windows, the view is lovely and you can watch the ducks. This location is starting to feel like a hidden gem.
