Today was the first time I have had take out food in almost 4 years. On recommendations from an allergy group I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was so impressed with the staff at the Whitehall, Allentown PA location. They wiped down the surfaces, a dedicated knife was used for the gluten free roll and they even verified ingredients.
