Panera Bread is a restaurant known for its drive-thru service and kiosk ordering system. The food, particularly the broccoli cheddar soup and sandwiches, is generally well-regarded. While the drive-thru experience may vary, the food took a little longer than others. The store needs a bit of a refresh and was a little old and tired-looking. There have been a variety of issues over the years, and the Caesar Salad didn't get Caesar Dressing. However, the Team Lead and her team are commended for their professionalism and dedication to maintaining a pleasant dining environment. Overall, Panera Bread is a great place to stop for a hot meal.
