I had such a great experience, thanks to Emma in the drive-thru! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude that made my day. Even though it seemed busy, she was patient, and made sure my order was completely correct. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy making customers feel appreciated, and Emma definitely does! Even my Kids loved her hilarious personality
Chicken Questions. They have answers.
Day shift is good. In the evening I get the wrong change, the wrong food and no sauce even when asking for it when placing an order in the drive through, and asked to park and have them bring out the order to me. Only to drive home for 20 minutes and find out my order is wrong. This has happened more than three times. Went inside after being parked for almost 5 minutes to have another customer waiting in line to tell me she hasn't been waited on and none of the staff even acknowledged...read full review
