“I used to go here to eat and have ice cream from my childhood until I left Hazleton in 2011 when I was 20. They have good food and my favorite ice cream was the Chocolate and Vanilla Swirl cone. I miss going here in the summer! Nice people work here too!“

“1st, tonight I ordered through Doordash and before it even arrived I had a call from the restaurant that the dasher forgot part of my order. He(from the restaurant)insisted on bringing it to me all the way to the valley so I have to say you can't get better service than that! Totally above and beyond. Also sweet, nice, and apologetic. 2nd I think the chicken there is great. Moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Plenty of food and tons of fries. I don't know about the negative reviews but mine is 100% positive. “The food was great, hot and fresh! They had a seafood empanada that was delicious. The outer crust was light and crispy and just right. Perfect my french fries were hot and crispy too. I recommend their location on Luzerne Street near the Price Rite Marketplace, at the 600 block of Luzerne St.

“I don't review a lot of places, but I'm writing one for this place because I've been here dozens of times and feel it doesn't deserve its low rating.

I've come here 2-3 times a month over the year and a half since it has opened. I always order in the app because it's cheaper (online exclusive $6.49 combo boxes for the win), always use the drive-thru, and I always make multiple customizations (most often subtracting lettuce).

I have only gotten lettuce in my food once. I have only been missing an item twice, both times a cup of spicy ranch. And there has only ever been one rude employee, who I saw once during their opening weeks and never again. Again, this is after 30-40+ visits to this specific location, which is crazy to me. I have *never* had so few negative experiences at any other fast food restaurant location. Unlike many other places, the food here is consistently hot, fresh, and assembled with care.

I feel lucky to live so close, because the Hazleton, Saint Clair, and Lehighton locations had often screwed up my food before I started coming only to this one. To whoever is responsible for this -- management and/or regular employees -- I appreciate you!“

“10/13/2023 I went to McDonald’s I ordered my usual sausage and cheese McGriddle no eggs. No surprise they messed up another order I got a “ sausage with cheese and egg McGriddle.” So thank you again McDonald’s they pay yous enough not to make so many errors! 10/4/2022 I was just at McDonald’s in the drive-through. I use my mobile app code to order in the drive-through. I ordered a number seven medium and asked for the drink to be made a large I was told they cannot do that and I said oh this must be something new I carried on and went to the first window, and I explain to the lady what had happened and she said oh yeah we still do that. Let me go tell them I did get my large drink but I don’t know if it was the manager or assistant manager, but I know her name is Gabby and she told her staff I am not getting fired over an upsize of a drink. I just felt she handled it very unprofessional, and could’ve waited until after I left, or kept the comment to her self.“
