“The morning weekend crew sucks as far as service goes and I stopped going there at that time. Ignored. And that same black Audi is parked in the lot every weekend morning. How hard is it to get the breakfast bell box together?The rest of the time I go there, the service is great.“

“This place has not changed since the 70s! If anything the booths need some work. The chili is good and try the burgers with the hot sauce. We take quarts home as I no longer live in the area. No you can not compare the chili (as mentioned in other reviews) to DC or other cities but you can not compare Schuylkill County to those areas either. The chili has a sweet, smokey flavor with a bit of heat. I notice some days it tastes different than others. Maybe it depends on timing of when it is made. We have shared it with others and no one said it was bad! I have relatives that get quarts of it for other people too. I will say we are hooked.“

“Kiosks. I didnt knilow they used them. I went to counter to order. They still served me. Althought i placed my order first, kiosks orders were made before mine. Np though. They just say the sandwhich. Leave it on counter. Im hearing 8mpaired. So i couldnt hear. At one point they gave me someone elses order. Clean. There were a few diners seated. I ordered takeout. The young ladyvrealky sakted the FF 's when they came from fryer. Wow! She needs to get a job with Penn Dot. Wow. I skipped the FF's.“

“Dux Royal is a hidden gem in Shenandoah, Pa! The restaurant is clean and very well maintained with an excellent staff and owner. From the coffee, to the sandwiches and empanadas, you can’t go wrong. I recommend the Cuban sandwich! Anyone looking for authentic comida rápida but with the flavor of Latin America, this is the place to be!“

“There was an issue with their credit card reader - none of my cards worked. Manager Melissa was very nice and allowed me the food w/o charge. Not only was this the fair thing to do Melissa did so very courteously with an apology for the “inconvenience”. Good burgers as well.“

“After a long time, we enjoyed a delicious foot-long veggie sub before making a pit stop at Domino's for pizza. In the end, my family was happy that we decided to stop for the sub.

“Ive lived here my whole life and this KFC has consistently had the kindest workers. The manager/owner should be proud of the employees that have worked here for the last 20 years. Kindness goes so far especially in today's world. The older lady working today 6/19 at 5 pm was so sweet to not only me but my daughter in the car. I hope for nothing but good days for everyone at this location.

“As of today of September 14th 2025 it has been the best experience. The manager was super helpful with helping me order, she even recommended to get my sub toasted which I did it was delish!!! I sat and ate it was kinda hot outside and the inside was so cool and refreshing inside I will be coming again“

“I don’t really understand all the bad reviews and bad talk about this location because every time me and my hubby come here we get good food, polite and nice service, and the place is well kept and clean. I genuinely haven’t had good Burger King experiences until I came to this one. Maybe all the bad talk is because people are just looking to start something, but I get it I also work in fast food you’ll always get someone who is rude about something especially when something is wrong but hey we’re all human mistakes can be made. But seriously 10/10 the vibe is chill here and the food is fireee.“
