I'm the Chef at the Fountain Springs Country Inn & was the Chef at the Gallery Restaurant in Pottsville for many years I'm also the owner of Pop's Original Screamer's in Ashland. “First time hear, owners Cheryl and Jim were very friendly, the restaurant was cozy and clean, nicely decorated for the holidays. They were opened for lunch New Years Day, we had a tender and delicious loin of pork served with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes that reminded of my parents holiday meals. We will definitely be back”

I especially like the bagel one with bacon and my husband likes the English muffin one with sausage. They also have the best custard filled, chocolate covered eclairs I have ever tasted. Their coffee beans are also best coffee ever. We have tried coffee beans in other places but this coffee tastes great. And that's that.”
