I have been a Centiole's pizza fan for years. To say I was upset when it was announced they were closing was an understatement! I was a bit apprehensive that the place was sold and was reopening. Once I had my first slice my concern was gone. It was great to see Margaret and David at the helm making magic one pizza at a time. My 1st visit today, Lucked out and stopped by since we were in the area, they were open and hooked us up with a great square, we chose xchez and the hot sauce on the side..what more to say, the dough is rising in the pans waiting for the evening crowd, it is take out only, but very clean, very friendly people, they had a little bistro table outside which worked perfect for us..first bite, oh, the smell of fresh dough and that cheese!!! OMG, loved it!
