The food was amazing, we had ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac and Cheese, the French dip, sliders, and Skook steak. We will make a point of coming back when we are in town, and to recommend it to others as well.”

The owner has her whole heart in her creations that will leave you speechless during the meal ok maybe a few “OMG This is so good”. I had the pumpkin perogies with a sauce that popped in your mouth bringing all the flavors together. The wild mushroom soup was spot on and to hear how she creates and uses some of the best ingredients is fascinating. I left with some great info and urge to return soon. Better try before it goes viral they will be lined up down the road. My friend had a breakfast dinner and loved it.”

Bartenders Marshall & Patty are absolute rockstars & truly make you feel like a longtime friend. The chef(s) responsible for my food deserve a forehead kiss. Whether you want to treat yourself to a nice dinner like I did or have a get-together with loved ones over fabulous food & drink, Palermo's is the perfect option, every time. “Absolutely superb. Most people would probably think it’s crazy driving over an hour to the old coal miner town Shenandoah for smoked meat, but it is beyond worth it. The shop was pretty busy when I got there. I grabbed a number and was helped within a few minutes, I admitted to the employee it was my first time there. She was welcoming and offered some suggestions and a local customer standing next to me also offered her two cents on what to get. I got the Hawaiian Sticks, a snack pack of sliced kielbasa, as well as smoked kielbasa. The price was reasonable. Upon arriving back home and trying everything out, my only regret was I didn’t buy more. Awesome!! Highly recommended!

“The Pizza Place is not only one of the best pizza places that I have tried, it has the best customer service that I have seen in the area. My wife and I were married at Mountain Valley Golf Course and wanted to have pizza delivered to our guests following the wedding. The owner, John, was extremely helpful as he delivered our pizza after being closed and even stayed to make sure our pizza was hot. The pizza was phenomenal. The plain, sweet sauce, pickle pizza, Buffalo chicken and chicken bacon ranch were all fresh and delicious. Our guests RAVED about the pizza and continuously asked us where we got it from. Additionally, the cheesy bread sticks and bread sticks were great. John and The Pizza Place truly care about their customers and their pizza is clearly made with the freshest ingredients. Thank you for everything!”

“I can’t thank Kristina and AJ enough for their professionalism, care, attention to detail, and most of all… amazing food! We hired ESO on back to back weekends to host 2 parties at our home and were blown away by the experience they created for us. Every detail was attended to, from prep, table set up, 6 course dinner, wine pairing, service, and cleanup. Each bite was better than the one before. The plating, presentation, taste and explanation of each course was as if we were at a Michelin star restaurant, but in the comfort of our own home. I can’t recommend them highly enough for your next event. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!”

“Best attitude in customer and very service oriented people. Always ready to give you assistance. The egg sandwiches on Saturday morning are the best ever. I especially like the bagel one with bacon and my husband likes the English muffin one with sausage. They also have the best custard filled, chocolate covered eclairs I have ever tasted. Their coffee beans are also best coffee ever. We have tried coffee beans in other places but this coffee tastes great. And that's that.”

Super reasonable pricing. Staff was friendly. Come on a nice day & sit outside. Not a ton of parking and no indoor portion (though there is covered seating). Small place but def worth a stop for ice cream if you're in the area! We'll be back!”

“After contacting this establishment on Friday inquiring about their hoagie trays, we were answered with a detailed description of size, cost and styles offered. Just their description alone made us hungry and sealed the deal for sure. Yesterday, we ordered via Facebook and scheduled pickup for today at 4pm and they had everything perfectly ready on time. The transaction was seamless and the courteousness of everyone involved was of the highest level. Our patrons really enjoyed the Hoagie trays and we would be lying if we didn't say the same for us. We will definitely be ordering again! Great job!”

“We had a half sheet chocolate cake with peanut butter icing, a half sheet strawberry filled cake, a yellow layer cake, and ricotta cookies for my daughter's 40th birthday party. The guests LOVED them! So delicious and reasonably priced! Sometimes there is so much cake left after a party, but that was not the case! I brought home only 2 pieces of chocolate cake and 2 slices of yellow cake! Highly recommend Momma Millie's!!!”
