“Took my Family there for my first time there for dinner last night. I'm the Chef at the Fountain Springs Country Inn & was the Chef at the Gallery Restaurant in Pottsville for many years I'm also the owner of Pop's Original Screamer's in Ashland. “Best attitude in customer and very service oriented people. Always ready to give you assistance. The egg sandwiches on Saturday morning are the best ever. I especially like the bagel one with bacon and my husband likes the English muffin one with sausage. They also have the best custard filled, chocolate covered eclairs I have ever tasted. Their coffee beans are also best coffee ever. We have tried coffee beans in other places but this coffee tastes great. And that's that.”

“Had a really great experience at The Nutty Pear. The service was a little slow, but honestly, the pacing of the meal was perfect. The bread starter, appetizer, and main course all came out at just the right times, so we never felt like we were waiting around. We actually didn't realize how long we'd been there because everything flowed so well. The cocktails were delicious, and our waitress was awesome and on top of everything all night. Definitely recommend this for a date night.”

“Well new ownership puts half the meat in the philly subs compared to last owners i will take pics late. It was good while it lasted. Atleast you can pay with a debit card now but would pay cash again if meat was there. Really sad to see saint clair getting bought out like tommys to these poeple that dont care about old school food quality.”

Paul and Kerry were so helpful with the initial planning and making sure everything was organized for the catering at our reception that was a different location. We chose to do a small cocktail hour and buffet style dinner. There were plenty of options on the menu to pick from. They accommodated to the requests we had and were able to set everything up the day before, cleaned up during/after the dinner and made the whole process so easy. Everyone loved the food and it was a great day! Thank you again. Highly recommend for any event!”
