Saturday stopped for the mac and cheese w/Brisket. Sunday had the ribs. The ribs are absolutely the most tender, fall of the bone, smokiest, flavorful ribs I've ever eaten. They were amazing. Pro Tip: If you want them, order them in advance because they go FAST, rightly so. Also, these ribs are so good that they don't need any sauce. We got the mango sauce and it was very good(a bit spicy for me).
My husband and I decided to throw a last minute get together for our daughter's 1st birthday and had chosen Brother's, as we heard and read great things about their catering. I called within a week of the event, fully expecting that they might tell me they couldn't do it for me on short notice.
