Saturday stopped for the mac and cheese w/Brisket. Sunday had the ribs. The ribs are absolutely the most tender, fall of the bone, smokiest, flavorful ribs I've ever eaten. They were amazing. Pro Tip: If you want them, order them in advance because they go FAST, rightly so. Also, these ribs are so good that they don't need any sauce. We got the mango sauce and it was very good(a bit spicy for me).

My husband and I decided to throw a last minute get together for our daughter's 1st birthday and had chosen Brother's, as we heard and read great things about their catering. I called within a week of the event, fully expecting that they might tell me they couldn't do it for me on short notice. I spoke with a kind gentleman named Brendan (sp?) who was so accommodating and made sure he checked with the owners before informing me that despite my party being the day before the busiest weekend of their summer, they could definitely fulfill our request! Everything was handled so well, and the food was phenomenal. Everyone in attendance raved about the food - especially the brisket! And the coleslaw is so fresh and crunchy, not at all soggy! I'm already ready to plan another event just to work with them again! Highly recommend for food and catering experience, plus the communication and friendliness! Thank you, thank you!

Great bbq. The ribs and pulled pork were about as perfect as they could be cooked. The Mac n cheese had great flavor and cooked perfect. The cornbread was moist and amazing.The service and owners were very nice and easy to talk to. Definitely check this place out.

I’ve been here several times now so I feel I can offer an honest assessment. It’s really good. Took my wife today & she loved it. Both the ribs & brisket were top notch. Our BMW Club rides all over Pa & NJ seeking out the best BBQ joints. Brothers is right up there with the best. Really. Their baked beans & 4 cheese macaroni is just as good. The only letdown is the facility; bare bones w/ no atmosphere, views or outside tables. Super friendly owner & staff rounds it all out…
