“Recently got married and chose The Pottsville Zone to cater for our wedding and a dinner the night before. I also had my bridal shower here. Paul and Kerry were so helpful with the initial planning and making sure everything was organized for the catering at our reception that was a different location. We chose to do a small cocktail hour and buffet style dinner. There were plenty of options on the menu to pick from. They accommodated to the requests we had and were able to set everything up the day before, cleaned up during/after the dinner and made the whole process so easy. Everyone loved the food and it was a great day! Thank you again. Highly recommend for any event!”

I'm not going to tell you what happen ; but I will tell you that I made a phone call to corporate and I was very pleased with the outcome of the phone call .When I spoke to the guest service manager which his name was Joe I hope I'm okay with telling his name he actually handled the problem with the utmost respect the utmost professionalism he listened to my story and totally apologize and totally fixed the problem very well pleased with the outcome of the phone call thank you Joe see you”

“Very nice bar and restaurant. They have live entertainment. The band I play guitar in called Coal Blooded played here on a Saturday and it was great. There were quite a few bands playing that day. I had a great time and would definitely recommend huckle bucks to everyone and I would definitely visit again.”

It was my first time at Hoss and I would go again but I would only get the salad bar.
I ordered chicken parm it was okay just wasn’t for me.
Hailey was our waitress and she was just wonderful.”

“We went on a Saturday evening after shopping. We walked in a 8:03, they closed at 9. They verbally told us 3 times. They squished everyone in one small section while they cleaned everywhere else. The buffet itself was rather small compared to others. But what they did have was a decent variety and tastey. Staff was attentive even though they were preoccupied with closing duties. Server was very friendly unlike the host. Overall not terrible, especially considering we came in an hour before closing. We still prefer the larger buffets that close at 10 on weekends, but if we're in the area we wouldn't hesitate to go back.”

“Each morning I go for a coffee and glazed donuts holes ~ 5:00 am. The early morning crew is especially polite, friendly and Customer focused. A special shout-out to Abbie Kukta. The whole shift is so nice. It's rare, these days to have good Customer Service so please be sure to give these wonderful young Ladies some recognition. Thanks.”
