Each morning I go for a coffee and glazed donuts holes ~ 5:00 am. The early morning crew is especially polite, friendly and Customer focused. A special shout-out to Abbie Kukta. The whole shift is so nice. It's rare, these days to have good Customer Service so please be sure to give these wonderful young Ladies some recognition. Thanks.

The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, especially in the Pottsville location, where the team is described as super friendly. The restaurant has two entrances that are wheelchair accessible. Despite some organizational issues, especially during busy mornings, Dunkin' remains a popular spot for families and those seeking a quick bite to eat.
