So when I went inside, there were numerous employees, and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I saw there was a kiosk to order, so I attempted to place an order to no avail. The touch screen wasn't allowing me to place an order. It's very frustrating. Finally, after about 5 minutes, an associate asked if I needed help. I drove out to this Dunkin' because I had heard all the way in Cincinnati that they freshly made their donuts and they do not have any in their stores more than a few hours old- Too good to be true right? Wrong- The donuts were so fresh and so good. Thank you to the staff who worked so well together- the entire time of my visit you all had the building wrapped with a line that you kept working through at a efficient and steady pace both in the drive through and the counter. I just wanted to leave a review because outside visitors should know this DD makes their donut shells fresh and it is very clean. My review is not a single visit review but a sum of many visits over the past 10 years including today. It is sometimes busy.. you should be warned to make sure you are clear when ordering if you want iced or hot, you might get the default option if they don't ask.
