I love this dunkin. Please please please go back to using real people inside not kiosks!! You can’t make special requests on a kiosk. Also, it takes away from courteous interactions.
Everyone knows Dunkin Donuts has great food and drinks. I'm leaving this review with a question. I paid $6.74 for a large cup of ice. Why that much ice and if you get a hot coffee medium, it's cheaper than the medium iced coffee? So really they are making a profit due to the ice in your drinks?
Always kind, fast & efficient. Love my favorite worker guy at the drive thru window always makes me laugh lol he airplaned sounded my order to me and made my year and he makes my husband and I day with his friendly courteous mannerisms. Everyone else is so nice there too.

While service is always great, customers might experience a little slower service during busy times, with wait times usually never exceeding 5-7 minutes in the drive-thru. Wheelchair accessibility is available, with spaces near the entrance. However, parking can be a challenge on Friday and Saturday nights due to nearby businesses. Some customers have noted issues with ordering at the counter, as one Kiosk is used for orders, leading to long lines despite multiple workers being present. Additionally, there have been complaints about the sausage sandwich having very hard pieces.
