I'm the Chef at the Fountain Springs Country Inn & was the Chef at the Gallery Restaurant in Pottsville for many years I'm also the owner of Pop's Original Screamer's in Ashland. I would just like to say the food was outstanding & our server was exceptional (top notch). Highly recommend the Brick house 5 stars. thanks for a great evening.“

“We found this restaurant by chance on a recommendation from the hotel we were staying at. The food was great- ribs and steak. Owners were welcoming and engaging. BYOB is different but we were prepared and had a nice evening - dining and watching the Kentucky Derby.“

“If I could give tonight’s experience 20 stars I would. Eileen was an absolutely incredible service provider and on her a game all night. The food was absolutely delicious and so beautifully prepared. The drinks were exquisite and like the salad, ice cold the way you dream of. The meal was piping hot. That never happens.
My little party of 8 drive about an hour and a half each way and it was as it’s always been perfect. Thank you so much.“
