“The Pizza Place is not only one of the best pizza places that I have tried, it has the best customer service that I have seen in the area. My wife and I were married at Mountain Valley Golf Course and wanted to have pizza delivered to our guests following the wedding. The owner, John, was extremely helpful as he delivered our pizza after being closed and even stayed to make sure our pizza was hot. The pizza was phenomenal. The plain, sweet sauce, pickle pizza, Buffalo chicken and chicken bacon ranch were all fresh and delicious. Our guests RAVED about the pizza and continuously asked us where we got it from. Additionally, the cheesy bread sticks and bread sticks were great. John and The Pizza Place truly care about their customers and their pizza is clearly made with the freshest ingredients. Thank you for everything!”

“You don't have to go to Hazleton, Reading or Wilkes Barre to experience fantastic food. Its right here in Frackville. Where else can you go where the food is prepared by the owner himself and doing it for many years. All the food is authentically Italian with that "Taste of Italy". The wife’s owner will greet you each and every time and make your luncheon and dining experience a very pleasant one. You will not be dissappointed!!”

“While I love the Compass Rose, I was a little disappointed last night (3-26-24). I stopped by at 5:00, after North Schuylkill track meet. I was asked if I had reservations, I did not; thought I was beating the rush at that time. About 5 minutes later I was asked if I could come back later. I couldn’t, I live a half hour away. She told me that she don’t have anything available. There was a table right next to where we were standing that was reserved for 6:30. I asked if we could use that table. She told me no because we wouldn’t be done in time for the reservation. Now, I waited a bit for my food there on several occasions, but never spent an hour and half in there for 2 people to eat 3 tacos. I would’ve gladly packaged up whatever food we had left to make sure we were gone by the 6:30 reservation, but I wasn’t given that chance 😞. Still love the place and the food, just wasn’t happy that a worker knew how long it was going to take me to eat and denied service.”

“Stopped by while working in the area, and had such a great time this week! Madison and Rachel are such great bartenders and had such fun and uplifting energy the whole time they served us. If you’re ever in the area this place is a must and hopefully you’re lucky enough to get those two!”

“Me and hubby been going here for years we get beef and broccoli, pork fried rice, egg rolls and won ton soup everytime and it is delicious. We never had a bad experience here, it's our favorite Chinese go to!!!!”

We hired ESO on back to back weekends to host 2 parties at our home and were blown away by the experience they created for us. Every detail was attended to, from prep, table set up, 6 course dinner, wine pairing, service, and cleanup. Each bite was better than the one before. The plating, presentation, taste and explanation of each course was as if we were at a Michelin star restaurant, but in the comfort of our own home. I can’t recommend them highly enough for your next event. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!”

“We had a half sheet chocolate cake with peanut butter icing, a half sheet strawberry filled cake, a yellow layer cake, and ricotta cookies for my daughter's 40th birthday party. The guests LOVED them! So delicious and reasonably priced! Sometimes there is so much cake left after a party, but that was not the case! I brought home only 2 pieces of chocolate cake and 2 slices of yellow cake! Highly recommend Momma Millie's!!!”

“After contacting this establishment on Friday inquiring about their hoagie trays, we were answered with a detailed description of size, cost and styles offered. Just their description alone made us hungry and sealed the deal for sure. Yesterday, we ordered via Facebook and scheduled pickup for today at 4pm and they had everything perfectly ready on time. The transaction was seamless and the courteousness of everyone involved was of the highest level. Our patrons really enjoyed the Hoagie trays and we would be lying if we didn't say the same for us.
