“Multiple times I ask for extra sauce on my sandwiches. Get charged then there's never any extra sauce on the sandwiches. Sandwiches are drier than a Biscuit from Popeyes. Their fries are always horrible! Either no salt, stale or hard.“

“I don't review a lot of places, but I'm writing one for this place because I've been here dozens of times and feel it doesn't deserve its low rating.

I've come here 2-3 times a month over the year and a half since it has opened. I always order in the app because it's cheaper (online exclusive $6.49 combo boxes for the win), always use the drive-thru, and I always make multiple customizations (most often subtracting lettuce).

I have only gotten lettuce in my food once. I have only been missing an item twice, both times a cup of spicy ranch. And there has only ever been one rude employee, who I saw once during their opening weeks and never again. Again, this is after 30-40+ visits to this specific location, which is crazy to me. I have *never* had so few negative experiences at any other fast food restaurant location. Unlike many other places, the food here is consistently hot, fresh, and assembled with care.

I feel lucky to live so close, because the Hazleton, Saint Clair, and Lehighton locations had often screwed up my food before I started coming only to this one. To whoever is responsible for this -- management and/or regular employees -- I appreciate you!“

“2 girls were nice. Helped me with ordering via app for the special. Courteous. Footlong and protein wraps were good. Its a sub, nothing special. While waiting for mine, people came and ordered, they were nice to everyone. They helped a guy with his order, were patient with him. My order was to be ready at 6:45, they handed it to me, confirming my name at 6:42. Even said thank you and have a nice day. I'll be back...“

“Amazing customer service from the assistant manager!!“

“Good evening! I am just messaging to let you know that I had gotten an order at Burger King in hazle township this evening. They screwed up the 3 whopper sandwiches so later on they made it right by giving us new ones. So at that time we ordered more food. My brother got a whopper and a meal with chicken nuggets and they forgot them. Also he paid $5 for 1 whopper and there’s a deal 2/$5. Shouldn’t they have asked him if they were the same price for 2. I’m so disappointed with the store tonight!!“

“The owners of this Sunoco and Subway are so friendly and inviting and helpful. The food is fresh and wonderful compared to the subway on Broad Street in Hazleton. They are patient with customers at lunch time when it's real busy and I appreciate that. They recognize their everyday lotal customers too! We love this place!“
