“We decided to come here for Valentine’s Day because it was recommended to us by our friend. I need to start out by saying I immediately thanked our friend for the recommendation! Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was phenomenal! The food was absolutely to die for! We got bruschetta as a appetizer, I had the beer braised roast beef over mashed potatoes with a side of crispy brussel sprouts, my boyfriend got the Chicken and rib platter with mashed potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts (he is swore the chicken was cooked open fire) he loved it, and for dessert we split a piece of Elvis Cheese cake (it was delicious it tasted like a banana split only even better I can’t even describe it). The service also was top notch! The staff were so friendly and on top of everything! The portion sizes were perfect and the prices were VERY reasonable! The atmosphere is very unique. It was definitely one of the BEST local restaurants we were ever too! I already cannot wait to go back!“

“I love Subway. Always a bunch of different choices. The one in Shamokin has a couple little young teenagers with attitude problems. Ill avoid this one all together because your customer service is what makes money. A little attitude adjustments in there can go a long way.“

“I was in town this evening for my son's soccer game. It was later and this is what he wanted. The food was good (as any fast food is) the service was good. (We were the only people there at 8PM., and the price was reasonable for what we got. (Unlike Shake shack) I am taking stars away because the restroom smelled like some pig peed outside of the toilet.“

“Surprisingly good. I was never a big fan of burger king, I always found it lacking compared to other fast food options but I was recently in a situation where it was my only option to grab a quick lunch so gave it a try and I was not disappointed. The food was good and the staff super friendly.“

“This was my first time there. The food was excellent and the portions were very generous. The place was very busy and the staff were very pleasant. I wanted to try the ice cream, but my cheese steak basket really filled me up. I'll try the ice cream another time. I'll definitely be back.“

“The tri-taters by themselves are vegan since this stand doesn’t fry anything else in the same fryers. They’re basically deep fried triangular hash brown patties. They’re very tasty! (Although I do think I prefer the crispy edges that griddle-cooked hash browns get. But this is still a worthwhile tasty junky greasy fair-food experience.). The insides are creamy and tender, but still with some firmer potatoey bits. Nice texture combo. The line to order can get rather long though. Not sure if different times of day have a shorter line. We visited the stand probably around 2:00.“

“Not bad. Turkey hill maybe better for some needs. They make sandwiches and offer a lot of opportunities to younger and struggling people so if your sandwich isn't PERFECT have a little grace cuz the owners are blessing this world by giving opportunities to grow. Thanks guys. God sees it!!!“

“This location is under new management and was fantastic! The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and the pizza was delicious! The new GM takes great pride in this place and it shows! Highly recommend!“

“Staff on shift around 12pm was very friendly. Purple and Ginger/Black hair girls. Food came out very fast. If we asked for something one of those Girls would get it immediately. They were very talkative and appreciative towards me. They listened to all the stories I told them, cleaned the lobby very nicely, and I will be back!“

“I personally do not eat McDs because I'm vegetarian, but I deliver for Door Dash and have come to this location several times to pick up for customers and have to say the employees here are top notch. Every time I'm here they are courteous and helpful.“

“NEW BK: Meh.. the old staff had the pride and made the place nice to visit. Now, its just moody kids... Ill still go, but not nearly as often. Sloppy food. Dirty lobby. I guess that what you get for being basically Shamokin.

OLD BK: Always a great time. Best bk ive been at. The former staff were grade A for sure. Food was always consistent and proper.“
