“These guys are stellar. I ordered through doordash today and they don't offer a ton of customization for box meals on there, but they do have special instructions open. (I am a pain in the butt when I order sometimes because I ask for things taken off or added onto each item)
They actually READ them too. Did everything that i asked for. They were even able to charge me for avocado green salsa packets because there was no option to order them in the doordash app and swapped cinnamon twists for chips and cheese since there also wasn't an option to do so.
Shoutout to that whole team in there. If management sees this please tell everyone they're doing a great job. :)“

“Stopped in 25 minutes before closing. Drive thru order. Bacon king, rodeo burg, onion rings. This was absolutely the freshest and fastest bk meal I've ever had. Rolls were perfect. Everything was cooked perfectly and hot. From ordering to pulling out of the drive through lane was like 6 min. For this hour it was crazy fast. You guys made my 90 min drive home so much better with a hot meal.“

“I came into the restaurant to talk to a manager about a local charity event. I thought I would get the usual call back next week. Alishia the manager was at the counter handing a customer a pizza to go prior to checking on a table. She was friendly and engaged. It was full but when I approached and told her why I was there, she immediately became empathetic and compassionate. She said oh yes pizzahut is very much involved in the local communities. This lady is the best! She is super people oriented and really cares! My interaction with her for just the few minutes left me appreciative and thought Pizzahut has one great manager working for them!“

“We had one of the best customer service experiences at Wawa and truly felt appreciated as customers. By mistake, we initially ordered a non-veg hoagie, but shortly after realized the error and requested a veggie option instead.
When we explained the situation at billing, the staff member was incredibly understanding and kind. Not only did she handle it with respect and professionalism, but the team also chose not to charge us anything extra for the new veggie hoagie.
This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. It’s rare to see such genuine care and respect for customers’ preferences and customs. A big thank you to the entire Wawa team for going above and beyond—this level of service truly stands out!
