“The staff was friendly, but not efficient. I waited more than 5 minutes for someone to take my order. My total wait time from in to out was over 15 minutes.Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly meals,Wheelchair accessibility: All one level with handicap parking and easy access.“
“Would have given this 5 stars but I don't understand their inability to put napkins in you takeout bag when you go through the drive through. Also the last two times I went here the tacos shells were all broken up. Sort of like they made the tacos and then dropped them. The good side is that the service is always quick and friendly.“
“I felt ignored when we first got there. The 3 employees were working on an online order, talking to each other. My husband and I stood there a few minutes before one of them took our order, but they continued talking to each other, as if we weren't there.“
“The Montoursville Wendy's was extremely busy when I was there. Drive thru line stayed completely full for most of the time. I ate inside; a good end to a crazy, fast, frustrating week! The employees did okay with the craziness & being so busy!“
“Started going here about a week ago. The employees are extremely nice. All very helpful. The food has been fresh and very good. I normally get the chicken bacon ranch but without the ranch(weird I know haha). Have had the ham as well. Both are good. Next to no wait time for your food and the dining area is well maintained.“
“This is a rather small subway store with excellent customer service. The establishment is well-kept. Very clean place for a quick bite, fast friendly service to get you on your way. The toaster oven has been down for a long time is possibly the only downside.Vegetarian options: It's Subway, the Veggie is all vegetables no meats.Kid-friendliness: Cookies and chips plus a kid size menu. What's a kid not to love?Parking: Plenty of parking in this lot 20 plus spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, door is level with parking lot. Ease of access to the tables.“
“We are regulars at McDonald's and, for the most part, enjoy their food. Definitely fast and greatly appreciated while on the go. 90% of the time, our order is fresh and hot. Occasionally, the fries and/or nuggets are old/reheated and "lots of ketchup" seems to mean 4 packets... Still going there, with the expectation that it is still McDonald's ?“
“We were so excited to see the same woman working here as she did back in the late 90's when we attended Penn College! The fact that we remember her should indicate how often we came here back then, and she even made us an older blizzard recipe upon our request that hadn't been on the menu for decades!! We also ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait with extra fudge and it was amazing! This stop made the whole trip memorable as we were traveling from out of town. So glad to see the mall is still hanging on, and let's hope it can continue to survive. Just a weekly trip to the DQ from everyone may give it a chance, and you'll always find something window shopping while eating your blizzard...“
“Suddenly a few months ago, the staff at the Burger King in Muncy, PA (Target plaza) decided they would provide the best customer service of any fast food restaurant in the area. Go in, sit down and eat, and experience it for yourself. I would go so far as to say their service is better than most sit-down restaurants.Example: I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a few seconds later the guy making my sandwich (Benjamin) says to me; "you seem like the kind of guy who might like it extra spicy!?" And I was like: "you are correct!" The result was one of the most perfectly spicy chicken sandwiches I've ever had and he accomplished it just by adding extra sauce to the meat and coating it thoroughly. It seems like Benjamin has stumbled across the way this sandwich is supposed to be made.Too often consumer products are labeled spicy with the intention of providing a spicy product to the segment of people who like spicy food. Somewhere along the line the powers that be end up cooling off the heat because most people in a broad cross section of consumers don't like things so spicy, alienateing the group of people they set out to target in the first place. Thankfully people like Benjamin and in tune to what people want, and expect; based on what they order. Maybe he will be CEO of Burger King and bring back the Ch'king chicken sandwich with a really spicy version. We can only hope and dream!“
