“I often stop through this place on my way home to Va from my mom’s. Their cosmo subs used to be stacked and delicious. I can’t complain about the taste but I have noticed recently that the sub literally only had one piece of turkey and one piece of ham-disappointed in the lack of meat. There is one female worker there that’s often been there and she truly the sweetest. I appreciate her positive demeanor.”

“I felt ignored when we first got there. The 3 employees were working on an online order, talking to each other. My husband and I stood there a few minutes before one of them took our order, but they continued talking to each other, as if we weren't there.”

“Mels Deli is our go to place for breakfast and lunch. The wait staff are always friendly and do their best to keep things moving as the place gets very busy. We can honestly say we've never had a bad meal here. Great coffee, homemade soups and delicious sandwiches!”

We find the Chicken Florentino, the Shrimp and Clams Marechira, The Ciro's Special (shrimp and scallops) to be very appealing to our tastes. Many of the specials they offer are delightful, as well.
