A few weeks ago I called in an order at 6pm, 1 large Stromboli to-go. Was told 25 minutes. Went to pick up, gave my name and phone number and the waitress said "I don't see your order in the computer but I remember you calling".. She flipped open her order tablet and there was my order.... she never put it in the computer. We have eaten here often, have never had complaints. The last 6 months, that has changed. There have been a lot of changes inside and we have been more unhappy with the changes in staff.
