Called in to get a pizza, Trisha took my information and told me 15 minutes. I arrived promptly 15 minutes later and my order was never put in. The girl behind the counter mocked me when I stated I had called and spoke to Trisha, and the man cooking the food didn't care at all. There was not a single person who acted professionally about the situation. They offered to have me wait even longer to make me a pizza on the spot. I had a very hungry child with me and that was not an option, hence why I called and placed an order ahead of time. This is not the first time that I've had bad customer service, and from the same people. I love their food, but the customer service isn't worth it anymore.

We have eaten here often, have never had complaints. The last 6 months, that has changed. There have been a lot of changes inside and we have been more unhappy with the changes in staff. The servers are always really nice, and do a great job. The last 3 or 4 times we have been in, throughout the course of our meal, the staff cooking, doing dishes, etc are VERY and disrespectful. Each time I have come in, they are yelling back and forth, and I hear the F-bomb throughout my visit. This is NOT acceptable, it is a family restaurant. We don't talk that way in our home and done need to hear it in your restaurant. The common person I see working (not saying it is him, but he is there) is the new manager. Whether he is saying it or just allowing the other guys (definately a man's voice) talk that way and loudly is HIS concern.Also the last time I was in there was a new cook. I know he/she was learning, but my chicken cheese steak had no flavor and the mayonnaise ran right out of it like water. My husband's cheese steak was good, but he even tried mine and said it had no taste. We didn't complain because the cook was new, but I hope by now he is gaining some new knowledge about cooking.

A few weeks ago I called in an order at 6pm, 1 large Stromboli to-go. Was told 25 minutes. Went to pick up, gave my name and phone number and the waitress said "I don't see your order in the computer but I remember you calling".. She flipped open her order tablet and there was my order.... she never put it in the computer. She said "I can put it in right now, it'll only take 6mins"I said "no thanks, we have somewhere to be at 7" it is what it is, accidents happen... but a large stromboli in 6mins??? No thanks, I don't want raw dough for dinner.Granted we have ordered from here and the food was OK, but it is never very organized when we go to pick up. I heard Bev is leaving, she is the absolute best!
