I always have issues with this particular location. I ordered a salad that should of have grilled chicken on it and instead I got some old, hard, pieces of what I think was crispy chicken. I reported it and initially was given a credit on my Wendy's app. When I went to use it, it was gone! So no salad and no money back.
Nearly every time I go here, my order is wrong. It's a drive-through for a reason, I'm already short on time, and I don't have time to stop and check my order or ask for it to be fixed when it is wrong. But I feel like the quality of Wendy's has gone done across the board. :(

The store is one of the nicest Wendy's I have ever been in. However the service was so slow. It was dead in the store and drive through. Still had to wait 25 minutes for my food and when I got it it was smothered in ketchup. Do better.
