I called the store and spoke to Jocelyn, which was completely amazing to deal with. She listened to my problem, Noted the problem for her mentor And told me the options that I had to rectify the situation. I just wanted to give kudos to her Active, listening, empathy, and just being a nice person in general. Kudos to her management as well they Must value their employees and train very well. I will be a customer as long as I live in northeastern Pennsylvania!“

“Not getting all of my order via Grub Hub or Door Dash. The problem can be solved if there are multiple bags, staple them together as one package. Delivery drivers just grab and go. When they deliver they have multiple orders going to multiple households, from multiple eateries. They quickly grab the bag from their vehicle and run to the door with it. After delivering to several houses, if they have a left over bag they have no clue where it goes because Burger King writes the order name on only one bag. Things like napkins, straws, and condiments are often missing because they weren't packed by your employees. Thank You“

“Last night about 6pm I took my family in for hoagies and the woman that helped us was fantastic. It’s hard to get good customer service these days. She had long dark brown hair and about 5’5. She deserves a raise! I’ll be going back! The Service and food 10/10!“
