“Prices were a little high compared to most smaller bars I’ve been at. Bartender was a bit slower than I’m used to for service but she was super sweet. Good variety of Skill Machines and redemption machine, which was nice. Street parking only, little hard to find a spot. Pool table could be kept up a bit better but it was alright.”

Several females bartenders were just to busy flapping their gums to serve any drinks to new comers., The male bartender who worked there Fri 9/17/21 is very good. Timing was perfect for a refill, very polite, he even chatted with friends, but also took care of the bar. I still would recommend this place cause overall I had a great night.”

“I've always had great experiences with both the food and friendly service, notwithstanding so many of the other reviews. Today I'd had their Shrimp Lo Mein and the portion size was incredible and the baby shrimps were in abundance. They certainly hadn't "skimped." That being said, their prices are also very reasonable for what you get, and the food is delicious. I always do pickup at the window, which means I couldn't complain about delivery problems the way lazy couch potatoes might. It's never "late" when I pick it up myself, and the order is never "wrong" when I tell them at the time of pickup what I'd ordered. Some "problems" others have encountered can possibly be remedied if they try an alternate way of getting their food received.”

The waitresses and bartenders were attentive and we really felt Welcome. “A most charming stroll down memory lane. Lots of neat look-sees here and old fashioned candies. They do lots of ice cream orders and the ambiance is worth a drive there. The owner is so friendly and even uses the old time rolling ladder to reach those high up treats. If my kids were little, I would definitely inquire about a birthday party there. I had several questions about some items on the menu I was unfamiliar with- I learned a lot! Portion sizes are very generous -including the $7 Happy Hour Margaritas, which are made with fresh squeezed lime juice. No mixers here! My husband’s comment when we first tasted our food: “they definitely don’t take short cuts here”. This is a great addition to downtown WB - can’t wait to go back!”

“Traveled through the area and got takeout based on the Google reviews, and we were not disappointed. Online ordering was so convenient, pickup was fast and easy, and the staff were very friendly. The chimichangas were absolutely delicious. We got them fried with chicken. We also got the 3 combo with enchiladas and tacos and preferred the chicken enchiladas. Our order came with a ton of chips and delicious salsa. I'm so glad we found this gem ? also so affordable! We will be back!”
