I came to wendys yesterday and the bathrooms were extremely spotless. when I came out I seen a gentlemen cleaning them. I asked him his name and he said his name is Zach. he was very polite. he not only made sure the restrooms were clean and smelling good but he also provided not only me but a couple of other customers with the best satisfaction. when an employee messed up on our meal he was there to resolve the issue and greatly apologized for the inconvenience. Catherine waited on us today at the counter. She was so sweet!! Very kind to the littles that were there, she greeted everyone and was very quick. She was knowledgeable and patient. It's nice to see someone who enjoys their job.
