“There's something about that tray of traditional red that keeps us coming back for more. Add some often-rotating and very creative wing sauce varieties and it's sure to be a crowd pleaser. I know they're a local favorite, I know they have their devoted followers, but I really do feel like it's one of the more unique pizza offerings in our area. We got takeout and it was ready right on time. I hesitate to say it, but I mean it in the most delicious, addictive way; it's like a thinner, tastier, less stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth-ish Nardone’s style (in shape and feel), with a more complex cheese build. It's a hybrid tray/bar pie vibe, and you'll wonder how many cuts you can take before others do the math. My son ordered the cheesesteak; I had a hard time verbalizing ‘just steak and cheese’ but check that picture out, I think he's onto something. The wing sauces don't feel weighed down by butter or additives; they're bright, flavorful and unique blends that you can experiment with, since you can get orders as small as six bone-in wings. One of the sauces we tried was Szechuan orange, almost reminiscent of Asian duck; sweet and tangy with a little peppery zing, the boneless bites come SAUCED. I still prefer the regular wings. And it would be criminal not to mention Grandma Kelsey's Pizza, which might not adhere strictly to the Grandma lineage (whatever that is) but is certainly in my top 3 grandma pies locally; really incredible!”

“Skipped breakfast so I was halfway looking for a brunchy option when I stumbled into El Tikal. With a quality lunch special section, plus your everyday Mexican favorites and a great variety of meat, seafood and veggie dishes, I had a hard time deciding. I'm usually a combo order kind of guy, but I had to throw together my own little lunch variety pack, add Santa Fe (breakfast) burrito. Plantains always hit for me, but these were extra caramelized and gooey so I had to portion them out between the beginning and end of the meal. The mole sauce on the chili relleno was smokey and not as spicy, but really well-balanced. The tamale with red sauce seemed less flavorful than the other dishes, but I'm no tamale expert and I've been hanging out with a lot of Italians recently. The Santa Fe burrito was out of this world: the eggs, nice and crumbly with tons of seasoning and flavor, the cheese-covered chorizo oozing into each bite. I need this again, and I'm sure there's so many other incredible things on the menu to explore, but this is truly a hearty and unique item worth coming back for.”

“I almost didn't go. A bowling alley? I was sent for pizza by three people in 3 towns. Spare time pizza is not hype. I got a spicy Hawaiian (pepperoni and pineapple, I know It's weird). Before the pizza arrived some waitress wandered by with some wings and I thought what the he'll, I'll probably never be back.
Pizza arrived piping hot,and I loaded it up with parm and Italian spices provided then just a bit of red flakes to see if it would be good spicy too. The wings showed up and I can't believe I ate the whole thing. Fantastic food, hot wings without a hint of vinegar in the sauce and pizza that would have been enough by itself. Loved the hole in the wall atmosphere and got out of there for under 25. Try it, best bowling experience ever.”

“We just had the most amazing pizza, beer and wine at Sabatini’s. Gina was our waitress and she went above and beyond! Truly incredible pizza pie! We order 3 smalls and each and every one was better than the next! Yea it’s cash only but there is an atm in the lobby. Totally and completely worth every bite! Tall booths, lanterns and lovely atmosphere! The Sabatinis bar next door is totally cool and we picked up quite a few different kinds of beers to take home to Ct with us! Also, the buffalo hot wings were a fabulous app! Totally and highly recommend! Wow!”

“We used Grico’s to cater our wedding and they were fantastic to work with. The catering manager, Marissa, was so easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions that came up. They had a great selection of meal options and we chose the chicken francaise, blackened salmon with raspberry sauce, and filet mignon. All food choices were INCREDIBLE and all our guests were raving how great the food was. The service was top notch and the bartenders kept our drinks full all night. 10/10 service. We recommend Grico’s to anyone looking for an affordable wedding caterer!”
