One of my favorite places to grab a heathly lunch (build your own bowl) and amazing smoothie !! SO SO GOOD!!
My salad was amazing! And the tea bar? To die for!! Definitely recommend this place! Oh, and the prices are great!
Very fresh, healthy and yum😋. This facility is exceptionally clean inside and out. Staff friendly and cordial. Bowl was so good I had to get one to go. Lots of choices and options available for Vegan and Gluten-free. This franchise should open a store in the Stroudsburg area.

CoreLife Eatery is a nice build your own spot, like a healthier version of Chipotle with a variety of food options including some Asian mix. Customers can choose from set bowls and wraps or create their own dishes. Food is super fresh and flavorful, with options like the build your own bowl and the berry bowl special. The tuna poke bowl could use more tuna, but the avocado helps balance the flavors. The make your own box option allows customers to choose a protein, warm sides like Brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes, and a sauce, although some feel it's a bit pricey for the amount of toppings. The staff is accommodating to preferences, and the steak was cooked to perfection. Overall, the restaurant offers a spacious and welcoming environment with plenty of parking and seating options. Customers appreciate that it is one of the only truly healthful options in the area while maintaining a reasonable price-point.
