I usually stop here on my way to work, most mornings this location is extremely quick to get my order out and friendly! Though today I ordered a drink, I was asked if my order looked correct on the screen before I picked it up. And then I still received the wrong drink lol

Literally ignored every car in the drivethru past 8pm. If you are busy , closing soon and short staffed that’s understandable but don’t just look and see cars in line and totally disregard them.

Amaya is the absolute worst person in this establishment. She consistently calls my wife the wrong name ON PURPOSE, because she knows it bothers her. Kori isn't a coworker, she's not your friend, she isn't your punching bag. If it happens again, I'm gonna come in and handle it myslef. CJ (manager), get this corrected, before I correct it for you.

I always ask for my drinks to be filled to the top and rarely are they ever filled to the top. Paying $6+ for a latte, can Starbucks stop skimping people?

The level of service at this establishment is abysmal, with the staff displaying unapologetically rude behavior. It is imperative that improvements are made immediately, either through enhanced training for existing employees or the recruitment of new, more customer-focused staff. This particular branch stands out as the worst in terms of service quality, and urgent action is required from whoever is in charge to rectify this unacceptable situation.

Very frustrating experience I live in Cicero this was my first time to this location after a doctor's appointment. There was a very long line so I decided to go in which was a mistake because the drive-thru kept moving inside was full of people frustrated waiting. There were many employees but only half for focused on customers the others were laughing and cleaning the ceiling with a stick weird jobs... When they could have been helping move the line. I was very broke today so I used change to pay for my coffee it was all I had left... Got halfway home on the highway and they didn't even put espresso in my drink.. it tastes like hot water and cinnamon. I am so beyond frustrated I will never go to this location again it is not run properly

I had to ask for a refund because they couldn’t make my drink and were focused on the mobile orders and the people in the drive-through. Their coffee is fine to take home and roast, but they lack a lot for their customer service. They didn’t even care that I wanted a refund. Didn’t even apologize for taking forever. The people that ordered after me got their drink before me. Hello Dunkin’ Donuts!

This location always has issues with time punctuality. I came today and they stated they will not do any food or pastries because of the fact they don't have staff. I am sure that instead of waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru(with no way to exit) they should have a sign or board out stating these things before we're forced to wait in the drive thru.

I'll keep this review brief, as I've already written a longer one to the corporate customer service. I strongly advise against ordering from this location on a weekend, whether it's for mobile or in-store pickup, unless you don't mind waiting for an hour for a simple drink. I made this mistake once, but I won't be making it again. This location is now off my list.

The drinks and food are good. The space is modern but didn't seem to have that café vibe many Starbucks have maybe because it's more of a grab-and-go location. But it's spacious inside.

The store closed off their in-store services, making everyone wait in the drive-thru. Once we were in the drive thru, we waited for over 30 minutes just to get to the ordering station, and another 15 minutes getting our drinks. I ordered the pink drink with vanilla cold foam and changed the milk, and when I was handed my drink, it was purely white. Milk and foam itself. When I asked the worker why it was like this, he claimed that the drink is the exact result of my customizations. I’ve went to numerous Starbucks and got the same order, but never have I seen such a pure white color. Additionally, my father’s coffee was in fact colored, but tasted like water. The workers were also slacking off, communicating and joking as a majority, excluding 2-3 diligent ones. I’m praying that they had certain circumstances, because this is outrageous.
