Several occasions I’ve stopped at this Starbucks to get a caramel frappe and I’ve had to bring the drink to be fixed somewhere else as they don’t add the coffee base to it, it’s all milk and sugar. I’ve been told by other Starbucks it doesn’t even look right, and it tastes no good without the coffee in it. If it was once or twice I’d understand but every time I go it’s either made wrong or they don’t have it in.
Takes for ever and if you get in the drive-thru you’re stuck.
These reviews speak for themselves, come here and you’ll receive the slowest service on the planet. I’m pretty sure there were more employees than people in the store and drive thru combined, and they still provide an abysmal service experience. Go to another location.
Came in the morning of the Metallica concert on Saturday. They were clearly very understaffed and were very busy. However, all of the workers appeared to be working really hard and the individual who rang us up at the counter apologized for the wait and was very polite. I hope that the management at this location will staff the location more properly so that the workers do not have to be overwhelmed with business! Under the circumstances the service was fantastic.
came over after a shift at my job with about 10 minutes until they close. 4/12/2025 he told me they are closed and would not serve me . other people sitting in the location had mentioned there was 8 minutes left and they should serve you. i agreed and left. wack customer service
For a little while, I was losing hope in this starbucks. They seemed to have a tendency to make my drinks a bit carelessly leaving me somewhat disappointed. Today I am writing my review because that has completely changed! I met the most wonderful barista named Mika and she made my drink perfect and was so kind and cool. They didn’t have the original topping I wanted, so Mika let me pick out a new one. Please give a shout out to Mika for being such an amazing barista!

I usually stop here on my way to work, most mornings this location is extremely quick to get my order out and friendly! Though today I ordered a drink, I was asked if my order looked correct on the screen before I picked it up. And then I still received the wrong drink lol

Literally ignored every car in the drivethru past 8pm. If you are busy , closing soon and short staffed that’s understandable but don’t just look and see cars in line and totally disregard them.
Rude employees and manager ignoring people at counter saying someone will be with you… from one person to another…

Amaya is the absolute worst person in this establishment. She consistently calls my wife the wrong name ON PURPOSE, because she knows it bothers her. Kori isn't a coworker, she's not your friend, she isn't your punching bag. If it happens again, I'm gonna come in and handle it myslef. CJ (manager), get this corrected, before I correct it for you.

I always ask for my drinks to be filled to the top and rarely are they ever filled to the top. Paying $6+ for a latte, can Starbucks stop skimping people?
The level of service at this establishment is abysmal, with the staff displaying unapologetically rude behavior. It is imperative that improvements are made immediately, either through enhanced training for existing employees or the recruitment of new, more customer-focused staff. This particular branch stands out as the worst in terms of service quality, and urgent action is required from whoever is in charge to rectify this unacceptable situation.

Very frustrating experience I live in Cicero this was my first time to this location after a doctor's appointment. There was a very long line so I decided to go in which was a mistake because the drive-thru kept moving inside was full of people frustrated waiting. There were many employees but only half for focused on customers the others were laughing and cleaning the ceiling with a stick weird jobs... When they could have been helping move the line. I was very broke today so I used change to pay for my coffee it was all I had left... Got halfway home on the highway and they didn't even put espresso in my drink.. it tastes like hot water and cinnamon. I am so beyond frustrated I will never go to this location again it is not run properly
