When I go in person I never have a issue with them. But this one old fat lady always gives a issue and attitude. Just ordered online and either one of the sandwiches was toasted or hot, including a Philly sandwich. Imagine paying $24 for sandwiches for them not to be made right? She needs to get another job or something, she’s always miserable.
Edit - got a series sandwich which comes with extra meat .. what a joke!

I ordered two subs on the app, paid for extra meat and the sandwich had almost no ham and the veggies and dressings were all wrong too. I called to let them know and they hung up on me. I get it's subway but for $10, come on.

Typical Syracuse morons there. One was blowing her nose without gloves; the other, Queen Stupid, faced me to assist, but said nothing. I spoke to it, and still, she didn't open her mouth. I walked out fast. Are Syracuse schools this bad?!
