“An unexpectedly amazing place!! Got really good sashimis, very fresh. We ended up paying about 35 per person which is a very good deal. The only downside is the service, they don't have enough staff during evening hours it seems, we waited a long time for someone to pay attention to us to bring bills and stuff. Also, they bring us the bill with 18% tips already added which is not nice, we are only 4 people. I had to ask to write the tip myself and they've let me. The ambiance is a bit poor, furnitures seem old. But still, very very good food.“
“Excellent sushi and half-price on Mondays and Wednesdays. Do not tell them you are purposely ordering more to take home or they won't let you. They will however let you take home your leftovers if you don't say that first Not complaining. It is dine in only for half price. Just informing.“
“We have never been to Sakana-ya. We loved the food the conveyor belt. We were greeted by a girl but weren't explained exactly how stuff worked we just kind of wung it. Amazing Price and Great Sushi, if don't see something ask and they will make it.“
“I’ve only ever ordered on DoorDash (I’m a bit of a homebody) but I was BLOWN AWAY by how good their sushi burritos are! Easily the best sushi I’ve had. All of the ingredients taste so fresh, even after the 15-20 minute drive to my house! I’m not a huge tea fan, but love popping bobas, so I just order it with extra sugar! Today, I tried their macarons and they were also unbelievably delicious. I am so glad to have this restaurant as an option in my city!“

“It has been 4 years since we dined at this restaurant, located adjacent to the carousel at the Destiny Mall. We shouldn't have waited so long because we enjoyed good food on our return. I had a taste of my wife's dish, Pad Thai with tofu, and it was quite flavorful. Also, my Filet Mignon Teriyaki with tender-crisp vegetables included a very generous amount of tender steak cooked as ordered. The service was good except that our mains were delivered shortly after our appetizers, a California Roll, and a Salad. Some spacing would have been appreciated. Also, the check was brought to our table without first asking if we would like to look at the dessert menu. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal.“

“We absolutely love the sushi here! I always get the Syracuse roll, I highly recommend it. Their menu is reasonably priced, and high quality. The last 2 times we went, they brought out a complimentary roll for us, which unheard of in today's world. The owner and the wait staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The only complaint would be the harsh white lightning, but not a reason to knock a star off.“
