Taco Bell in Syracuse

“Ok I seriously never write reviews so this means a lot. I have been here before and haven’t always had the fastest service and last time I was in here the staff were not busy but it took forever to get my food like literally 35 minutes. Despite that, I think it’s the manager that made everything right. He is how customer service should be he is great. He refunded us and gave us more free food. I just went today and it took 2 minutes for my food and he said “it says medium Baja blast but you can just take a large”. There was no problems with my food but he still showed the decency. This is how fast food or any other food service like this should be. I don’t know his name but he clearly is making a difference and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen it.“

“This Taco Bell has the kindest staff, very understanding. I came in a little bit before the dining room closed and the staff was friendly enough to let my family and I finish our meal at our own pace. It was late and the was a late night rush but they still managed to prepared my order perfectly and every item looked delicious. Keep up the amazing work and Thank you!“

“UPDATE: This Taco Bell has gotten much better! Thank you for the improvement - now one of the better Taco Bells!

I eat taco bell 1-2 times a week. This taco bell has always been good in the morning for breakfast or for lunch. I don't know why, but after 4 or 5pm, I have to wait over 20 minutes either in the drive thru or inside. I see cars going through the McDonalds drive thru next door in 5 minutes or less while I sit in a line of the same 4-6 cars for 20+ minutes. I am in line right now while writing this, I have been in line since 8:10 and it is now 8:36 and there is still 2 cars in front of me...and there was only 4 when I got here. I have seen people get in line and then drive away because they don't want to wait.

The employees are nice 99% of the time, so I don't know what the issue is. Maybe they are understaffed...but this has happened every time on different nights.

I wish it was less ridiculously slow, because I want to come here. But...I don't know how I can justify waiting for half an hour every time.

“I've recently started going back to this location I heard it was under new management which appears to be true. The food quality tastes better and the service quality has definitely improved at least until sometime after 3:00. It would seem that late mid-shift into night shift are still lacking quality in staff they have improved based off of the food and atmosphere now which I do like. Still would not go back after 3:00 though. Food is relatively expensive depending on what you get. One big upside for me was the fact that it was not as loud in the back of the store as it was previously I'm no longer able to hear all over their conversations which is a big plus for me.“
