The staff here is very rude I had a mobil order and my status said it was ready for pick up so I went to the counter as there were two workers standing talking at the register.... First thing that upset q was they did not even acknowledge my existence as I stood there for 5 mins trying to figure out why my order wasn't up in the spot that says mobil orders. The food is honestly fine (I've never had a problem with my order), but I usually end up having to wait 20-30 minutes for an in-person order using the in-store kiosk, and all I was getting was a couple of burritos.
