Ok I seriously never write reviews so this means a lot. I have been here before and haven’t always had the fastest service and last time I was in here the staff were not busy but it took forever to get my food like literally 35 minutes. Despite that, I think it’s the manager that made everything right. He is how customer service should be he is great. He refunded us and gave us more free food. It was the okayest Taco Bell experience. Nothing to write home about, service felt a little slow for a fast food joint that had one other customer at the time. Food was what I expected from a Taco Bell though.

I went to the drive thru on Saturday 8/24/24 around 10:40pm. I had placed my first online order through the Taco Bell app. Using the app was simple & my order was ready & waiting! Great Service!
