Taco Bell is a fast-food restaurant that offers typical fast food. At one location, a customer experienced a long wait and poor management, leading to frustration. The personnel and the manager were very personable and promoting different meals and new items that are coming up that they told us about and was excited to interact. The manager and the staff was very well motivated. They felt very welcomed and really enjoyed their visit. The food was fine, typical Taco Bell. It is very busy and seemed understaffed/undertrained. The same old white man working non-stop gives out the best customer service, is in control of the work environment, and his ability to prepare orders is outstanding.
