I was going to go check this restaurant out this evening with my family. After reading the reviews, i will take my business elsewhere... seems like this company does not care about quality food, or customer service.

Amazing food and even more amazing service!! First time here while visiting Syracuse with the hubs and it did not disappoint. From the minute we arrived, Rebecca and Crystal treated us like we were VIP guests!! Rebecca, you were so on point about having the lobster bisque at the end! Fantastic!! The hardworking servers who carved the meats were always timely and so polite and friendly. One gentlemen remembered that the hubs especially loved the bacon wrapped filet mignon...

This place is amazing! Not only because of the quality and variety of meats, salads, desserts, drinks and other foods that they have on their menu, but also because of the care and attention that all their employees have and especially the charm and kindness that Mrs. Rebeca has when receiving to the people at the entrance of the restaurant…for me it was a wonderful experience that I would really repeat every time I go to the mall! May God Bless you and continue doing excellent...
