Purchased the pulled pork nachos and the Korean tacos from the food truck while at the Shania Twain concert! A+ all around! Everything was sensational. The long was line, but it moved quickly, and staff kept things flowing. The only thing I'd change is to have them offer napkins and plastic forks, because it could've gotten messy! Will definitely be back again (hopefully sooner than later!!)

We reserved the food truck for our company event this week and had it set up in our parking lot. The Solvay Bank employees loved it. Great service, great food, and a great local business!

Had Chicken Bandit for the first time at my nieces wedding reception. Was skeptical at how it would go but it went without a hitch. The food was delicious and everyone raved about how good it was. The servers were fast and friendly! I highly recommend them. Thank you again Chicken Bandit!

Dennis and Cindy do a phenomenal job!! When we started looking for food trucks back in the Spring I knew after talking with Dennis that their company was hands down the best choice for our event. He takes time to listen, offer advice, and is just a very nice person. Their food is fantastic and very affordable. Thanks again for helping make our sons wedding day a great event. Dave Deloff

Chicken Bandit catered our daughters baby shower this past weekend and it was fantastic. Our guest have been telling us all week how great the service and food was and what a great idea it was to go with a food truck. Chicken Bandit was a huge hit with our guests and so convenient for us. Having large parties at your house is stressful enough without worrying about the catering. I cannot say enough about the great service and excellent food!! Thank you again Denis and team!

We had The Chicken Bandit come by our office for a company lunch and it was delicious! We had 3 chicken options and 1 vegetarian option. Our vegetarian told me it was the best vegetarian meal he's had all year! Another co-worker told me it was one of our best lunches we've had in the office. Thanks Chicken Bandit, hope to see you at Widewaters/Pyramid Brokerage again soon!

Wow, so this was my first time eating at The Chicken Bandit food truck, and it WILL NOT be my last. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, but having been raised by Greeks it's kind of my cultural responsibility to order the gyros (year-rose) any time that they are on a menu. I've had all kinds of things that loosely fit the description of a gyro. Needless to say if you put meat in a pita and toss some cukes and tzatziki on & wrap it in foil & you can sell a ton of them. The basic premise is pretty fool proof. Having said that, there are still some truly original and inspired takes on the traditional gyro. Today I had one of the best, non traditional gyros I've ever had. So let's start with the simple part. You have a nice soft pita, plenty of nice crunchy veggies and a really great homemade tzatziki but that is where the tradition takes an inspired and creative twist. The meat filling in The Chicken Bandits gyro is chicken, yeah, not a huge surprise. What was surprising was how well the chili lime marinade and sauce blended with the creamy tzatziki and complimented the veggies. It all coalesced into this wonderful contrast between my childhood and my desire for the new and interesting. Oh, and having just finished the gyro, I'm not too proud to say that I literally sucked on the foil. I can confidently tell you, this thing is amazing. One more thing. While a $9.00 gyro sounds like a state fair price, I would pay more than that for one of these at the fair. And I would have no concerns about what I was going to have to eat that day or that night or the next morning. Because the next time I get a chance to visit The Chicken Bandit food truck, I will be buying enough to get me through the night and at least breakfast the next day.. The portion was very generous too, so maybe just 3 extras. Lol. The crew working the truck, including the owners were super friendly and accommodating when my mother managed to screw up an online order and they had her food ready in short order. I loved the home made potato chips as well. An nice option that won't leave you feeling overly stuffed. My son ordered the salad with their one of a kind seasoning blend and he loved it. Our 3 year old had a FREE kids meal which consisted of a fried and seasoned drum stick, and some more chips. I don't know where they will be next weekend. But when I find out I'll be there for 4 or maybe 5 of those gyros. Great job Chicken Bandit!

This company just cancelled a couple hours prior to our event claiming not nearly enough people . So I called thinking okay maybe people didn't place their order even though the feedback from guests were they did so I'll make up the difference and let them know we have a lot of walk ups on top of that . Well when I called and spoke with the owner he was dead set on his decision . Even though I said I would pay the difference even though we were going to have plenty of people he refused . The event was scheduled for 4-7 and he informed us via tex and email at 11 . Not even a phone call . My issue is if he really wanted the business he would of called to inform us and we could of agreed i would make up the difference . We feel cheated and honestly feel something else came up . I highly suggest you use caution as these people will cancel last minute . This wasn't a money issue for us and I would have gladly tipped gracefully had he gone above and beyond .
