Great ginger tea here. Nice atmosphere, dog friendly, quick service, rewards program. Everyone is very nice and respectful including patrons. Wide range of pastries and other edibles too. Clean restroom and comfortable seating available.

Cracked Bean Roastery is a hidden gem in Syracuse. Ethically sourced, hand-roasted coffee done right, super kind staff, and a perfect date spot - surrounded by walkable bookstores and a record shop. Absolutely worth seeking out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!!
