Ordered Valley Stinger, at $17.99, a stinger for sure, soggy mess and only tasted mushrooms, peppers ond onion and liquid cheese, fries, great but $7.99 for a big Mac box of fries, not that good. Husbands quesadilla was average at best. Sorry will never order again.

I was a first-time customer, recommended by my daughter to try this place. I live in Onondaga Hill and was excited because the food is supposed to be really good. When I ordered my food and spent over $50, I received free chicken wings as a promotion. However, while I was waiting for my order, the lady behind the counter asked me to return the chicken wings, explaining that it was not the right day for that promotion. I thought, “Oh well, no problem,” so she took the wings back.
In my professional opinion, her handling of the situation was unprofessional. It was her mistake, and she should have just given me the wings. I felt embarrassed by the way she presented it; it was as if she was saying I could have them if I paid for them. This left a negative impression on me, and I decided that I wouldn’t come back. I can get good food elsewhere; I just wanted to give this place a try.

I have reviewed this place before for their excellent pizza. However, today, I just tried to buy a chicken Caesar salad and the woman behind the counter attempted to hand me a bowl of lettuce with chicken and croutons on top. She then proceeded to ask me what kind of dressing I want. I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that chicken Caesar salad calls for Caesar dressing? when I asked the girl why the salad was not tossed in Caesar dressing like every other restaurant in the United States she said that this is how we make them here, just a dry pile of lettuce, dry chicken, and dry croutons. No thank you!
