It will be my first and last time buying a fish sandwich and fries. I didn't care for the poor customer service. One of the cooks, a tall middle aged white guy with a beard carelessly handled my piece of fish by tossing it from the fryer to the bread. He's a very rush type of guy especially when there were hardly no customers. Fish Cove should be mindful of how they deal with customers especially considering it's a new and larger building. Customers spend their hard earned dollars that pay the bills.Parking: Plenty of parking space.

This was my first time going into their new building I was used to going into the old building where I received service a little bit faster I stood in line in the same spot for about 8 minutes couldn't wait any longer , and they were only six people ahead of me to the register.

I went on a Sunday night for fish sandwiches. It was a strange setup where you stay to the left and follow signs if you’re there for sandwiches. There was a cooler for salads, but nothing left but some not so fresh cabbage salad. I placed my order and asked if I could get an order of fries. I was told not in the sandwich line.The fish was fresh and delicious. Seemed a little smaller than the last time, but still tasty and filling .I suggest better ordering, preparation, and anticipation of customers needs when it comes to side orders. Their macaroni salad is so good and I was very disappointed when it was not available. This is a restaurant and being totally out of something on a Sunday because you were busy on a Friday and Saturday is a sign of not enough help ( help wanted signs all over the place) and/ or poor management skills.We will be back, because their fish and macaroni salad are awesome!

What happened? We used to go to their former location all the time and it was delicious. Everything was cooked fresh for you. Now the French fries sit under a heat lamp and are barely warm. You can’t even get packets of ketchup for free. You have to pay for ketchup. Seriously? The onion rings were also precooked and sitting under the heat lamp. Who would want that? The cabbage salad was ground so fine it was like mush. I had a couple bites and threw it out. The two fish sandwiches were good but not so great that we will come back. There’s better places to go where your meal is cooked fresh for you. See ya!
