We were walking in to get ice cream yesterday and witnessed a child wipe out on a scooter near the store. The woman working all alone behind the counter was quick to respond to my request for water and napkins and provided a cold bottle of water for the boy as we made him a makeshift compress before he had to go to the hospital. So glad your employees feel empowered to help! of course, we enjoyed all the delicious vegan options as well.
