I have been here twice. The food, service and ambiance were outstanding. From Bridget to the Chefs. Outstanding. If you are a foodie and enjoy trying something different I highly recommend the three course and the chefs counter too. The little intimate details from the name cards to the post card at the end of the night. The vast knowledge the chefs possess is incredible. The love for food and where it comes from is a rarity in any kitchen.
My husband took me here for my birthday, everyone was spectacular! First off, we had Bridget as our hostess. Come to find out that she made the insta video that prompted our reservation- she was wonderful! She took the time to text my husband, make us a sign at our table, and gave me a beautifully written birthday card! I've eaten at several Michelin guide restaurants and a Michelin star restaurant and I found the food here to be more interesting, complex, and have a greater depth of flavor. I ate with a party at the chef's counter for a bachelor party and the chefs were all incredibly friendly, open to conversation, and went above and beyond to make it a special experience for the groom. It was a phenomenal dinner and I cannot review this restaurant highly enough.

Touché is a restaurant that has received outstanding reviews for its food, service, and ambiance. Guests have described the food as interesting, complex, and with a greater depth of flavor, comparing it favorably to Michelin guide and Michelin star restaurants. The service is attentive, polite, classy, thoughtful, and cheery, with staff and chefs who are kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The atmosphere is dark and classy, neither loud nor quiet, and guests are advised to wear nice clothes. The restaurant offers a three course prefix menu and a tasting menu, with dishes that are fun, interesting, and delicious, and portion sizes much bigger than expected. The chefs are down to earth, easy to chat with, and have good sense for flavors and pairings. The chefs counter experience is truly very cool, allowing guests to watch the chefs prepare all the food and ask them questions. The wine pairings are on point, and bar drinks are fantastic including mocktails. Dishes, chairs, and tables are all made in NY and largely the Syracuse area. Touché is a gem and an excellent classy date spot, and also appears to be a great place for a smash burger, they are huge and smell amazing. Every aspect has been cultivated with care from the lighting to the menu, and down to the flowers on the table. It truly is just a great way to treat yourself.
