“GM needs to be replaced. Female manager had dirty uniform, load, and unprofessional. Meat on burgers were very dried out looks ,like they're cooking them the night before. Fries are never hot. I'm done with this place.

“I don't usually go to Wendy's on James St in Syracuse, but this location has a Counterperson named Michael who is an exceptional employee! He is so friendly and courteous, his demeanor makes you want to visit again. I certainly hope Wendy's recognizes this fine young man for his efforts on making this Wendy's location an outstanding experience for all patrons!“
